SINDH GOVT WILL COORDINATE WITH ROTARY CLUB IN SPREADING AWARENESS ON THE ISSUE OF DIFFERENTLY ABLED CHILDREN. SYED QASSIM NAVEED QAMAR.

 

KARACHI (February 20) : Special Assistant to CM Sindh on Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities Syed Qassim Naveed Qamar has said that it is a good sign that a number of NGOs are taking keen interest in the welfare of the differently abled children and persons as Sindh Government is already committed to bring positive changes in the lives of these persons. This he said while talking to a delegation of members of Rotary Club of Karachi Platinum that visited the office of Special Assistant to CM DPED Syed Qassim Naveed Qamar here on Thursday. Amongst those present were President RCK Rizwan Adhia, Justice of Peace and Member Advisory Council on programs related to differently abled persons Aman Pir, Secretary General Naureen Khan, Shoaib Khan, CEO Falaknaz Fayyaz. They discussed various proposals and projects related to special needs children including adoption of schools, dispensaries, polio eradication drives where they agreed to collaborate with Govt of Sindh and spread awareness through various campaigns in different districts across Sindh.

 

Special Assistant to CM Sindh on Department of Persons with Disabilities Syed Qassim Naveed Qamar also assured the Rotary Club members that Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah would support these activities and would extend his utmost cooperation and for working towards the purpose of special needs and empowerment of differently abled persons.
